Chris Taylor has spent over thirty years in the licensed retail Industry. Literally starting at the bottom as a bar cellar man, progressing to senior management of two Midland breweries. With the "Beer Orders" and the closure of breweries he moved into training establishing Taylor Hall Associates Ltd in 1995 a business which gave him the opportunity to gain a master Degree in Human Resource Development and develop award winning course, As a Fellow of the BII he retains active involvement and now provides not just training but business consultancy. In his spare time he is a Business Champion for East Midland Development Agency.

Paul is a training professional with over 20 years experience working for some of the biggest names in the licensed trade, hospitality and retail sector. He began in the industry as a pub manager and progressed to a training consultant working mainly for blue chip companies. During his career he has also been a lessee as well as running his own business. Paul is a tutor for both BIIAB licensing and management development programmes, and has a passion for customer care.
